Production Capability Overview

Equipped with 5 sets of 5-axis CNC machining centers, 8 sets of 3+2 axis CNC milling machines, and 10 sets of 3-axis CNC machining centers. Our facility also features CNC turning and 8 sets of injection machines, alongside slow-EDM, large lathes, and grinding machines capable of achieving 0.005mm tight tolerances. Secondary finishing includes anodizing and power coating.

Manufacturing Challenges & Solutions

The primary challenge involved the integrated assembly of plastic, metal, and electronic components. Appearance requirements were exceptionally high, requiring 100% flaw-free inspection. Specifically, aluminum parts required 7 different anodizing colors without distinction, followed by precise assembly with plastic parts.

Our engineering team performs comprehensive production feasibility analysis before manufacturing. For plastic parts, we provide DFM reports, tooling layouts, and mold flow analysis to ensure first-shot success. For metal components, CNC program simulation ensures optimal tool path planning.

Fabricating The Prototypes

Our team conducts design overviews to suggest improvements before production. The initial prototypes are CNC machined from aluminum via a rigorous 5-step process:

CNC Programming and Vacuum casting process setup.
Engineering review and production process revision.
Workpiece mounting and setup adjustment.
Continuous production monitoring of all functions.
Real-time adjustment of cutting and casting programs.
USB end cap, Button

Injection Tooling & Surface Finishing

Consumer electronics often involve complex plastic and metal interactions. For prototypes, we utilize 5-axis CNC machining or vacuum casting to achieve intricate features. For mass production, we transition to high-precision injection tooling.

Available Surface Finishes:

Hard Anodizing (Surface protection and color)
Powder Coating (Durable exterior finish)
Silk-screen (Branding and labeling)
SPI18 Standard finishes for plastic parts

Quality Assurance & Feedback

We provide comprehensive testing support to ensure all parts function correctly within the final assembly. Our goal is to deliver high-quality products with controlled costs and on-time delivery. Customers have consistently noted the excellence in manufacturing quality and precision, particularly in the seamless integration of electronic devices with our machined parts.

"The manufacturing process and product quality have been consistently excellent. Every detail was inspected, ensuring the electronic devices fit perfectly."

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials can be used for these projects?
We commonly use PC+ABS, pure PC, and high-grade aluminum such as 7075 and 6063 for metal components and enclosures.
What is the tolerance level for precision parts?
Our advanced grinding and CNC machines can achieve a tight tolerance of up to 0.005mm for critical components.
How do you ensure color consistency in anodized parts?
We perform rigorous color matching and process control, capable of managing multiple anodizing colors (e.g., 7 different shades) without visible distinctions.
Do you support low-volume production?
Yes, we have no minimum volume requirements. We support projects ranging from 1pc prototypes to mass production of 100,000+ units.
What kind of quality reports do you provide?
We offer DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reports, tooling layouts, and mold flow analysis to ensure feasibility and quality before production begins.
Can you handle the assembly of electronic devices?
Yes, we specialize in the full assembly of plastic parts, metal enclosures, and customer-provided electronic devices for final testing.
